family visits
in July we took a trip to greenville, nc to see oma, the stockwells (zeke’s sister and her family), and kendal (zeke’s dad) who just got back to the states from his 1.5 years in baghdad working for the army corps of engineers. Uncle Alex (zeke’s brother) and his girlfriend Olynda also came down from brooklyn. we got to spend some time with the nieces, Madigan, Erin, Caitlyn, and new nephew Patrick.

Uncle Zeke gets some cuddle time with Madigan and Erin before bedtime, and after getting on Caitlyn’s good side Aunt Wendy got a little snuggle too.
we also had a sibling reunion at the cabin in July. it was the last time Wendy, Jeremy, Adam and David would all be together until after Christmas. Jeremy is moving to fresno, CA in about a week or so to finish his viticulture degree. Adam is in VA doing videography and David is in SC after finishing his degree in automotive engineering at clemson. mom and milt are getting primed for the harvest early this fall and have a cute
new puppy. and of course
no gathering would be complete without rock band.
