August (part 1)
august has been packed full. here’s lots of pictures to show you what we’ve been up to. after the 1st weekend spent in brevard (see previous post), we spent the 2nd weekend in august at the beach with some friends from college.
visas
we got our magical biometric fingerprints today at an immigration office in durham and then we mailed every significant piece of paperwork about ourselves, and our passports, to the british consulate in NYC. hopefully our passports come back with a UK visa in them very soon!
wendy's birthday weekend
for wendy’s birthday we spent the weekend in asheville and brevard, going to all the old favourites. friday night we ate at la paz and i (wendy) realized i’ve been ordering the same thing for 7 years. i had another friday night migraine after dinner, but recovered for saturday. we headed to brevard on saturday so i could take zeke to my favourite places from my college years. ...
